Our Mommy Connection groups are thoughtfully designed to support you through the first year of motherhood. Whether you're welcoming your first baby or adding another little one to your family, you'll find a warm, supportive community where you can build friendships, ask questions, and enjoy this special season with your baby.
Yes— dads and partners are always welcome in our space.
Mommy Connection: First Baby
Tuesdays | 10:00–11:00 AM
First-Time Moms | Birth to Active Crawlers
Designed specifically for first-time moms, this intimate group is the perfect place to build your village while navigating your baby's first year.
Perfect for younger babies who benefit from tummy time, sensory play, and a slower, calmer pace.
This group is intentionally kept small so you can bond with your baby, connect with first-time moms, and feel supported in this season of life. Our time together includes postpartum topics, infant development, feeding, sleep, milestones, conversation, and a strong focus on maternal mental health—because this space is for you, too.
Infant Play Group: Walkers & Talkers
Thursdays | 9:00–10:00 AM
Active Crawlers to 24 Months
A more active, hands-on playgroup designed for mobile babies and early toddlers. Expect singing, movement, simple sensory activities, and opportunities for your little one to explore in a safe, engaging environment.
This class follows a lightly structured format and encourages active parent participation. If you're looking for a more unstructured, drop-in style environment, other community spaces may be a better fit—and we fully support finding what works best for your family.
Mommy Connection: Next Baby

Second-, Third-, and Fourth-Time Moms | Birth to Active Crawlers
Welcoming another baby is a unique experience, and this group is designed just for moms growing their families. Enjoy dedicated one-on-one time with your newest baby while connecting with other experienced moms who understand the joys and challenges of balancing life with more than one child.
Rather than revisiting first-time parenting topics, our conversations focus on sibling transitions, balancing the needs of multiple children, routines, maternal mental health, and finding confidence in this new season of motherhood. Older siblings stay home so this special time can be just for you and your newest baby.
All groups include soft play mats, age-appropriate toys, and a clean, welcoming space, with a maximum of 7-10 families to keep each class intimate, interactive, and supportive.
We also occasionally welcome guest professionals and incorporate fun, seasonal themes throughout the year.
