There are a lot of options for birth classes out there. I don’t believe there is a cookie cutter one way is better than the other. I make sure we cover all aspects of birth not just an unmedicated approach. I believe your way and your journey is unique and that you should know all everything from spontaneous labor, inductions to c-sections.
Comfort Measures Workshop
In this workshop, we delve into the essential comfort measures for labor, encompassing relaxation techniques, massage, aromatherapy, positioning, and affirmations. Tailored for both the expecting partner and the birth coach, this session equips everyone with the necessary tools and strategies to cultivate a sense of peace and relaxation during labor. With a focus on reducing anxieties and fears surrounding the birthing experience, participants will learn techniques applicable to natural births, while also gaining insights valuable for those planning a medicated birth or cesarean.
