There are a lot of options for birth classes out there. I don’t believe there is a cookie cutter one way is better than the other. I make sure we cover all aspects of birth not just an unmedicated approach. I believe your way and your journey is unique and that you should know all everything from spontaneous labor, inductions to c-sections.

In this workshop, we delve into the essential comfort measures for labor, encompassing relaxation techniques, massage, aromatherapy, positioning, and affirmations.
