Our in-person classes are designed to give you practical, evidence-based education without committing to an entire weekend. Take the classes that fit your needs or attend them all for a comprehensive childbirth education experience.
Each class is 2.5 hours, taught in person by an experienced childbirth educator and birth doula, and includes hands-on learning, plenty of time for questions, and practical tools you can use during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
